Why CrossFit works for me:
Growing up I was afraid to play sports or step out of my comfort zone. I considered myself uncoordinated and non-athletic. Becoming an adult and having a family of my own, I knew I needed to take care of my body. I was introduced to CrossFit by my chiropractor in the fall of 2013 and instantly loved it. I have gained strength (physically and emotionally) and do things I never thought I would have the confidence to even try.
My favorite parts of coaching and doing CrossFit:
- I love coaching because I love helping others see their abilities and accomplish things they never thought they could.
- The teamwork/support/friendships built in the CrossFit community is amazing.
- Anyone from any background or ability can do CrossFit!
