CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” What this means to us at CrossFit 5885 is that we challenge athletes of all ability levels with a variety of fitness movements, including cardio (running, rowing); weightlifting, and gymnastics. Each day at the gym is different and unique, just like every athlete we coach.
While CrossFit as a fitness methodology challenges the world's fittest athletes, the program is designed for universal scalability--making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience or ability. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. This unique aspect of CrossFit makes it particularly perfect for adaptive athletes. We are able to work with each adaptive athlete to meet your specific needs and to work with you on achieving your fitness and health goals.
